What is Soy Coffee?

Unlike regular coffee, which is not actually from a bean but instead is from the seeds of the coffee berry, soy coffee is made from soybeans. After roasting, the soybeans are ground like regular roasted coffee beans, so they can be used in any standard drip coffee maker. Because soybeans are caffeine-free, coffee made from roasted soybeans is an excellent alternative to regular coffee for individuals looking to reduce their caffeine intake.

Recipe – Peppermint Pattie Shake

Chilly winter days are often best spent by a warm fire with something delicious and warm to drink. One of our favorite treats this time of year is our Peppermint Pattie Shake…
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Revival’s Vanilla Pleasure™ Soy Protein Shake
- 6 ice cubes or 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 2-3 tsp peppermint extract
Directions: Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve cold or place in a microwave-safe beverage container and place in microwave on high for 2 minutes (or until warm). Add a peppermint stick or candy cane for garnish.

Recipe – Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice Shake

The weather is getting cooler, the leaves are changing, and you might be craving something sweet, so why not try our Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice soy shake recipe. It’s a great way to enjoy a cool fall day!
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Revival Vanilla Pleasure™ Shake mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold skim milk
- 2 tbsp canned pumpkin
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions: Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve cold or heat in a microwave-safe container for 2 minutes on high to serve hot. Top with whipped cream for garnish (optional). For a lighter version use our sucralose or unsweetened shake. Just be sure to add your own choice & amount of sweetener if using our Unsweetened Vanilla Pleasure drink mix.

Recipe – Lemon Liberation Shake

Although school has started in many places and the Labor Day weekend is rapidly approaching, the summer heat is still in full force for many of us and it often makes us look forward to cooler weather. Rather than trying to rush the cooler seasons, trying cooling off with this delicious shake.
Ingredients:
- 1 Packet Vanilla Pleasure Soy Shake
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemonade
Directions: Combine ingredients in a blender, add 6 ice cubes (or 1 cup crushed ice), and blend until smooth.
This is a delicious, refreshing way to cool down in the summer heat. If you are feeling care-free and daring, add 1/2 cup of lemon sherbet to the ingredients before blending for a cool and refreshing smoothie! If you are trying to watch your calories, but can’t resist adding the sherbet, use Revival’s sucralose or unsweetened shake varieties… they offer the same nutritional benefits with fewer calories!
